- 3 workshops on the use of IT in the classroom

1 workshop will take place during Autumn Term and the 2 others in Spring. The exact dates arew still to be chosen.

- Creation of a CD-ROM related tol'Année des Langues 2005, the New Jersey World Language Program and the Jules Verne year.

This project would integrate several subjects (from history and languages to mathematics and geography), offer fun activites and a flexible use for teachers. We would need your help to create a work group and build up some activities... Contact Christelle if you're interested.

- The newsletter: our weekly electronic link. Subscribe now, it's free!

- The website: give us your feedback and your ideas to improve the website. Any photos of your class, students' work, comments, activities and suggestions are very welcome!

- Presentations on French culture and francophony in your classroom upon request. Please contact Christelle if you're interested.

- 2 cultural workshops: Teach French using literature and use image(s) in the French classroom. These two events will take place in Spring; schedules are still to be defined.

- The Louvre Museum in the classroom : a Summer program by the French Department, in association with the World Language Institute and the Resource Center. Go to Paris!

- Availability at the Center :

We can visit your school upon request, lend resources to teachers .

You can drop by any time on Thursday afternoons from 15h30 to 18h30 or make an appointment for any other time of the week. We would be delighted to see you.
